Lidia is a great osteopath and massage therapist. I went in with back pain, and after 3 treatments I feel amazing.

Lidiya is a professional and dedicated to her field and her patients. She is trustworthy, honest and approachable. I had some negative experiences from another osteopath before but this changes my whole perception about osteopathy.

Lidiya is truly a professional at what she does. From all the different practitioners and therapists I have been treated by, I must she is one of the best! She is very knowledgeable, smart, and personable when treating her patients. When treated by her, she definitely takes her time in explaining what she is doing and why she is doing to help. I have had major and minor pain in the shoulder, back and hip area and every time I go book an appointment, she really does a great job in relieving the pain I have and giving alternative solutions to continue to treat any areas of concern. 1000% Highly recommend for sure!!

Lidiya is both knowledgeable and talented. She provides a holistic approach to help improve my circulation and osteoarthritis. Using a combination of osteopathy and massage she helps me feel my best. Update: In the last couple of years I moved away from North York, however, I still make it a priority to visit Lidiya as often as my schedule will allow. She is amazing and hands down the best osteopath!
